Where are Freenote Cloth garments manufactured?
All of our products are proudly designed and manufactured in the United States, utilizing the finest hardware and fabrics sourced from global partners in Japan, Italy, and the USA.
How do I determine the correct size for me?
We provide detailed measurement charts on every product page. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own for the most accurate fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and hemmed denim are final sale.
Do you offer denim hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, but keep in mind that hemmed jeans cannot be returned.
How should I care for my raw denim?
For raw denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash to develop unique fades. When necessary, hand wash cold or use a gentle cycle inside out and hang to dry.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
