Freenote Cloth offers returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with the quality and fit of our American-made garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
